About P3W2

P3W2  is the second activity under Project 3 (P3), Metadata on Natural Gas Resources in the CCOP Regionofthe EPPM Program. This is organized with the cooperation of Philippine Department of Energy (DOE) and Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) and is about developing a metadata system for the CCOP’s oil and gas sector.  The objective is to develop the metadata system for CCOP on natural gas resources and conduct a users training to develop the capacities of the participants.  The training was enabled by the knowledge of invited experts from NPD-Norway and from the CCOP Member Countries -notably from the China Geological Survey (CGS), who is leading the development of the CCOP geoscience metadata system, another on-going metadata project in CCOP
